Season 3. Episode 3: Worth the Fuss
Season three of The Organised Family continues with George Georgievski, otherwise known as The Lunchbox Dad, and how he helps parents of kids who are fussy eaters. George discusses the influence parents have, the value of fresh produce, and allowing kids to own the selection of foods they eat.
Building upon this, George also goes into the value of making kids’ meals appealing, and how the Bento Box is the perfect way to pack an enticing, colourful lunch that little ones will want to eat. He’ll even share plenty of simple and easy tricks that anyone can use with their own families.
Season 3. Episode 2: The Power of Breath
In this episode of The Organised Family we chat to Beth Borowsky, the founder of Karma Kids Yoga, which is dedicated to teaching yoga techniques specifically for children even as young as 18 months. Beth recounts how she discovered yoga in her teens and how it shaped her life ever since then.
She explains that yoga doesn’t have to be a huge investment in time or effort to see results; that small steps can make a big difference. Yoga is about simple ideas of making shapes with the body and how to breathe correctly. It’s not about competition or comparison, which makes it perfect for building confidence and self-esteem in children.

She’ll also discuss the importance of brand, the balance between being a mum and a career-driven person, how much family means to her, and how she wasn’t always so organised.
